Laser welding (iron, aluminum and copper)

During the long vulcanization, sandblasting or processing process, fine sand holes or regional sand holes generated on the module can be laser welded to make the product more perfect.

DETAIL

The laser treatment method with no dead angle dissolves the material strip into the tiny sand hole. Due to the low heat input of the laser, the workpiece is not easy to produce thermal stress and thermal strain, making the filler more firmly combined, which is better than the general traditional sand hole treatment.
